During the initial consultation process, we offer a pre-sales site audit to determine the suitability of a Rubicon ERP system on a no obligation/no charge basis. We take the time to understand your business, your operations and what modules would suit your requirements.

Our process and procedure consultancy covers all areas, from manufacture, distribution, warehouse, QC/QA, finance and administration. We also conduct a full RF site survey to identify any complex network challenges and a technical audit that covers hardware infrastructure, networking, system performance, backup and Disaster Recovery options.

Comprehensive project management

Once the initial consultation process is complete, a draft Project Implementation Plan will be discussed and agreed upon.

This is where key activities are identified that are critical to the successful delivery of your project milestones whilst considering the customers’ requirements and available resources and deadlines.

A Project Team will then be assembled.

Your specific Project Team will consist of the individual roles required to cover all aspects of the initial system implementation and ongoing support.

The Rubicon Project Team consists of:

Overall Project Manager & Business Manager

  • Total responsibility of the overall project

Project Leader

  • Responsible for the day-to-day implementation
  • Analysing the business requirements and system configuration
  • Gap analysis and generating functional/technical specifications for identified bespoke developments
  • Responsible for implementing and training on the core product
  • Responsible for liaising with the software development team

Development & Support Team

  • Responsible for any/all software development specified by Project Leaders
  • Responsible for ongoing post-implementation support

MIS Developer & Data Analyst (if required)

  • Crystal Report or Data Analysis/Business Intelligence development training and support

Technical Team

  • Responsible for any hardware implementation, technical issues, and/or ongoing technical support
