Both the ENTERPRISE and ENTERPRO ERP systems utilise the full potential of Touchscreen technology. These devices come in a number of formats from Table Top to Wall Mounted, with Wireless options and can locked down within the Rubicon application. The systems provide a user friendly interface for Intake Receipts and Production recording, giving a familiar and simple to use look and feel.
This is a core and fundamental part of the Rubicon ERP systems. Through the use of Mobile Tablet devices, data can be captured in real-time allowing stock and quality issues to be identified and actioned without delay. In-built barcode scanning capability including a camera reduces errors, speeds up the process, allowing for full and detailed QC/QA analysis reports to be produced for growers. Key traceability and audit functions can then be performed with ease.
Voice Integrated WMS:
The latest exciting development from Rubicon is the Integration of Voice technology within our Warehouse Management Systems, which is a first in our market place. Using Multi-Lingual Voice Recognition users are able to perform the functions normally carried out on an RDT (Radio Data Terminal), but allowing the user to be “hands and eye free”. This technology gives many benefits including improved accuracy, productivity and significant reduction in costs due to hardware damage.

The Data Analysis software module is a Business Intelligence tool which has been totally developed by Rubicon, and is optimised to work over both ERP solutions. Allowing a large volume of data to be manipulated very quickly, this tool gives users access to their valuable data from high level summary KPI’s, down to individual transaction level using the drilldown facilities.
Both the ENTERPRISE and ENTERPRO ERP systems have fully integrated Financials, providing all the functionality you would expect but with the benefit of being part of the core ERP system. This enables full Consignment Profitability and Sales Ledger credit checking with the benefit of greatly reduced administration compared to interfacing with a Third Party package.
This has always been a key element to the Rubicon ERP solutions. All transactions are updated in real time back to the Consignment, including Receipts, Sales, Production, QC and Budget/Actual Costs. This provides full Consignment Profitability and Traceability, with reports available to assist with Audits, Product Recall and Forward/Backward Trace.
